Do you accept Credit Cards?
We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express Credit Cards. We also accept paypal and E-checks thru Paypal.
Where do you ship to?
We ship Mostley to United States and Canada althou we do ship to other countries. The list will come up in the shipping field of the countrys we ship to. Please realize that it does take longer to ship overseas.
What if I'am not happy with my purchase?
We want to make every purchase a good expierence. If the product arrives damaged we will file a claim and reorder your item. If you don't like what you got we will gladly refund your purchase within in 7 days of delivery. We do NOT refund delivery charges.
What about backorders?
If you find your item on backorder please email us for update as we monitor products daily for updates. There might me an incident where the product is on backorder before the site can be updated which we hope doesn't happen but it could, we will notify you by mail to offer a refund or put you on the waiting list, or a substitute. We want to make your shopping with us a good expierence. Customer Service is our number one priority.
Do You Drop Ship?
Yes we can dropship. At checkout put your information for billing and then the person you want it shipped to in the shipping information. Our labels show return address of: fulliment Center and our warehouse address. Please email us if you have any questions powensintx@aol.com
